Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To let us know you wish to cancel, please contact us through our Instagram or Facebook pages, linked in the footer of this website.

After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Please keep proof of postage when you return an item.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and cosmetic products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Once we have received your returned item, or proof that it has been sent back, we will process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method. We will refund the price you paid for the product.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
